Indian spinners dominated as India secured a 44-run victory over New Zealand in their final league match of the Champions Trophy on Sunday. Mystery spinner Varun Chakravarthy bamboozled the Kiwi batters with his first ODI fifer, sealing India’s spot in the semi-finals against Australia.

Batting first on a challenging Dubai wicket, India posted 249/9, powered by a solid half-century from Shreyas Iyer and a fiery late cameo from Hardik Pandya.
