VP Vance touts Trump's immigration crackdown on US-Mexico border visit

Vice President JD Vance said Wednesday that Mexico should be thankful for US President Donald Trump’s war on drug cartels because it will stop the country from becoming a “narco state”, adding that military intervention may be needed to tackle the cartels. Vance made the comments during a visit to the US-Mexico border to highlight Trump’s immigration crackdown.
